1. Cancellation policy for Appointments: We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a forty dollar ($40) fee
2. No Show Policy: If you no show for an appointment you will be charged the full amount for that session. No exceptions.
3. Late policy: We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients on time. If a patient is late that time is counted toward treatment time.
I understand things happen and I am willing to work with you depending on the circumstances, so make sure you call me if you need to cancel last minute. If you do not call and you do not show up, I will charge you for the full service.

Please dont be afraid to tell me what you did not like or what you wish was different. If I can not fix it for you or if it is out of my scope of practice I can refer you to someone else. Every thereapist is different and I am not always a perfect fit for your needs. Do not hesitate to speak up about your session my goal is to help you even if that is by referring you to someone else.
I accept credit card, cash, Venmo/Cashapp, Zelle, and Paypal. I do not accept Apple Pay.
It is customary to tip based on the service you receive. It is not included in the price and the amount is solely up to you.
